On our way home, we stopped to visit the James Dean Memorial
along Hwy. 46, just East of Paso Robles.
A portion of this memorial reads,
"Death in youth is life that glows eternal".
That could not be more true!
We were amazed to learn that only one of James Dean's movies had been released when he died in a car accident, in his early 20's, he had no idea how big he was to become!
