30 Day Series: Day 17 - The Food on our Table

I am thankful for the Food on our Table.

I am thankful, many times each day, for the food on our table.

From the eggs and toast or milk and cereal for breakfast...
To the turkey, ham, salami and cheese sandwich (my husband's favorite - when accompanied by a sloppy portion of Tapatio) or turkey and avocado sandwich for lunch...
To the ribs, pasta, steamed peas and green salad for dinner...
not a meal goes unappreciated.

A frequent mealtime topic in our home, is where our food comes from. Even though we live on a farm, we are simply dairy farmers. Much more goes into each of our meals, than the butter on our bread. We talk about where each item comes from and how it is grown. We definitely do not want our kids taking their food supply for granted.
If you or your family have questions about where your food comes from, let us know how we can help. The best way to find out is to Ask A Farmer!

I am also Thankful for...
